Since 2011 license doesn't prohibit redistribution. I suspect old header and license was copied by mistake. @alexdowad

@pgajdos Thanks for pointing this out and sorry for the oversight. Thanks also to @KapitanOczywisty.

If someone wants to open a PR replacing these files (used for test data) with the new ones, that would be great. If no-one does it, I will take it up.
