AVIF support on imagecreatefromstring

Description

The GD imagecreatefromstring doesn't support an AVIF string thus for such cases currently it needs some workaround.

Normally, imagecreatestring should work with AVIF too. What is the issue ?

TBH I haven't test it I just followed the docs: https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.imagecreatefromstring.php

imagecreatefromstring() returns an image identifier representing the image
obtained from the given data.
These types will be automatically detected if your build of PHP supports them:
JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, WBMP, GD2, and WEBP.

If it does then the docs should be updated
