Hi,

Thank you very much for the report! @remicollet also let me know about this problem, so tagging him here.

This indeed was a mistake I made, and we're going to improve the RM docs and workflow to ensure this doesn't happen again.

We decided against tagging beta2 for this. Again, thank you very much for helping with the release process and for testing PHP :)
