Function array return type

Description

I believe to have better strict types, would be nice to have an array type as TypeScript does.
Now I can use comments to add this type of inference, but it doesn't break if my return type is different than the type hint.

Are you interested in pursuing the RFC process? Note that the implementation of generics is not trivial, and might take months.
