This patch implements user defined serializer that encode/decode session data.
This could be used to serialize session data as XML/JSON/whatever formats, encrypt data using AES/whatever encryption, add special maintenance data in $_SESSION that application code cannot view/modify at all.
I'll write RFC for this later
