We add the necessary PHP bindings for both functions which are available as of GD_2_0_12 (released 2006-04-05). The API of imagegetclip() is modelled according to imageftbbox().

Hmm, I honestly thought these were made available with the gd improvements that came with the interpolation functions, should be OK for at least 7.1. cc @dshafik |

Sorry, I lost track of this PR. Is it still okay to merge into PHP-7.1 after RC1 had been released, @dshafik? |

Guess it was too late for PHP-7.1, so I've merged into master only. :-) |
