LGTM but maybe @sgolemon wants to chime in. Maybe I'm missing something about why this got changed to null.

Specifically this line needs to be updated:

* PASSWORD_DEFAULT was int 1; now is null
Should mention that it's null < 7.4.3 and 2y afterwards.
