Submitted as part of #6126 to show tests can still pass with a travis (bionic), bug however its worthy as a separate inclusion.
RC4 and MD5 have been obsoleted for a while and have been removed in openssl versions for a while too.
The purpose of the test is to see a cipher set.
DHE-RSA-AES128-SHA
was chosen as a not deprecated and still "old" and likely to exist in old implementations.
