DynamicPath item can be seen if there is a sibling file to the @dynamic file #17

In a directory with a @dynamic.html, if there is a non-dynamic.php, it can call DynamicPath::get() and it will be returned with its own name, rather than null.

The bug is confined to this condition returning true when it shouldn't:

It's matching the dynamic file within the subdirectory incorrectly, as the actual directory contains a matching file.

PhpGt/WebEngine@ba85382 should fix this. Waiting for the next project to use this extensively before closing.
