The composer.json says it is MIT since the first commits. (5014ac0)

"license": "MIT",

But the license is a BSD-3-clause and GitHub did sniff that correctly

Either the license needs to be changed or composer.json updated

All the code from version 1.x was removed in the version 2.x. The version 2 is heavily based on the Doctrine Coding Standard which is MIT licensed.
