I think [PasswordUpgraderInterface.stub](https://github.com/phpstan/phpstan-symfony/blob/d589514e03653639845bd4750db325f83176dbd6/stubs/Symfony/Component/Security/Core/User/PasswordUpgraderInterface.stub#L8) should be removed. See the [Symfony PR](https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/51283).
