Fix precission-loss warnings on Windows x64 build #295
Description
The currently left-over problems shouldn't trouble much, as they should just trigger e.g. on using a long (beyond 2^31) as array index or for string lengths beyond 2^31. Anyways say should of course be fixed
- make sure all compiler warnings on Win64 are eliminated
- update README so it tells about possible precission loss
