v0.2.1 — Grok skill + idempotent installer

What's new

• skills/grok/code-explorer: a Grok skill (SKILL.md) describing when and how agents should call code-explorer status / analyze / query / doctor, with the --incremental, --skip-git, --max-files, --exclude, --no-docs flags documented from the real --help output.
• scripts/install-grok-skill.sh: idempotent installer for ~/.grok/skills (and --target codex), backs up an existing copy before overwriting with --force, never deletes extra files, exits 2 on invalid arguments.
• The code-explorer-cli crate now embeds the skill and the installer; scripts/check-skills-sync.sh keeps all copies byte-identical.
• Tests: scripts/test-install-grok-skill.sh.

Cross-reviewed by Claude Opus 5 (read-only, two passes). No crates.io publication.
