Fixed

• lprec on CUDA indexes past 2^31 elements on Windows. Its kernels
  computed offsets in long, which is 32 bits under MSVC, so a chunk of
  more than 2^31 floats (8 GiB) wrapped and read and wrote the wrong
  memory. They use long long now, as every other kernel already did.
