Application Skeleton Extraction

App Skeleton Separation: Extracted application skeleton to separate package (pieceofcake2/app)
- Removed app/ directory from core repository
- Removed plugins/ directory from core repository (not required for framework testing)
- Allows independent versioning and modernization of application structure
- Updated .gitignore to remove /app/Config/database.php entry

Modern Directory Structure Support: Added support for CakePHP 5.x-style directory layouts
- All tests pass with CakePHP 5.x-style directory structure (verified with pieceofcake2/app)
- Improved flexibility of APP_DIR and WEBROOT_DIR constants for custom directory layouts
- Supports both traditional CakePHP 2.x and modern CakePHP 5.x-style directory layouts
- Enables gradual migration path: modernize folder structure while on CakePHP 2.x, then focus solely on code changes when upgrading to CakePHP 5.x

Organization Rename: Renamed GitHub organization from friendsofcake2 to pieceofcake2
- Updated all repository references and URLs
- Updated composer package namespace
- Does not impact user applications
Vendor Directory Naming: Standardized vendor directory name from vendors/ to vendor/ (PR #16)
- Changed default VENDORS constant to point to vendor/ (standard Composer convention)
- Updated all references in test bootstrap files and CI configuration
- Updated .gitignore, composer.json, phpcs.xml, phpstan.neon, and phpunit.xml.dist
- This change only affects CakePHP core testing infrastructure
- Does not impact user applications

README Improvements: Enhanced documentation for migration path clarity
