Add unique identifiers to all error types for fine-grained control:

SQL Syntax Validation:
- pdoSql.sqlSyntax

Parameter Binding Validation:
- pdoSql.missingParameter
- pdoSql.extraParameter
- pdoSql.missingBinding
- pdoSql.extraBinding

SELECT Column Validation:
- pdoSql.columnMismatch
- pdoSql.columnMissing
- pdoSql.fetchTypeMismatch

Users can now ignore specific error types in phpstan.neon:

parameters:
    ignoreErrors:
        - identifier: pdoSql.sqlSyntax
          path: */migrations/*
```

Documentation added in README with:
- Full list of available identifiers
- Examples of ignoring errors by identifier
- Examples of combining identifiers with path/message patterns
