1.0.9: feat: Add Mago for code formatting and linting

- Install carthage-software/mago for modern PHP formatting
- Create mago.toml configuration for PHP 8.1
- Add composer scripts:
  - `composer format:check`: Check code formatting without changes
  - `composer format`: Apply Mago code formatting
  - `composer lint`: Run Mago linter

Applied formatting improvements:
- Convert tabs to spaces (4-space indentation)
- Consistent quote usage (single quotes where appropriate)
- Improved multi-line array formatting
