Retrieving export data as Json Object | Remove UI component

Greetings!

First of all thanks for creating such an amazing tool. This editor really helps us speed up our development process without having to build a solution from scratch.

We are currently using this service as an npm module and would like to avoid forking the project unless we can fix these two issues.

Issues:

1. How can we retrieve the edited transcript as an object (Slate JSON format) when the user clicks on save?
2. Is it possible to remove some UI components such as the export options without forking the project?
