request: Support SourceHut (sr.ht) as a source control provider

T3 Code currently detects and integrates with GitHub, GitLab, Forgejo/Gitea (including Codeberg), Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps for cloning/publishing repositories and creating/reviewing change requests.

SourceHut (sr.ht) is not recognized: detectSourceControlProviderFromRemoteUrl in packages/shared/src/sourceControl.ts has no host check for sr.ht/SourceHut, and there is no provider kind or CLI integration for it. A repository on SourceHut therefore falls through to the generic unknown provider, with no change-request support.

Request: add SourceHut as a supported source control provider (host detection for git.sr.ht and SourceHut instances, plus change-request/patch workflow support appropriate to SourceHut's email/patch-based model, or at least repository clone/publish).
