I'd like to contribute the “Open in T3 Code” option described in https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/issues/25589.
On T3 Code Beta 0.1.6 on macOS, clicking a file path in the integrated terminal opens VS Code and interrupts my workflow. Opening that file in T3 Code's existing side panel would fully address my use case.
I propose a focused first implementation: an optional setting that opens terminal file links in the existing file viewer, preserving the requested line. The current external-editor behavior would remain the default. Custom editor commands, terminal-editor integration, and directory navigation would stay outside this first contribution.
Would maintainers approve this scope before I start implementing it?
