[Feature]: Add an option to restore the previous chat layout

[nahid6970]

Summary

Please add an option to use the previous chat layout in the current version of T3 Code.

Context

I preferred the chat UI in T3 Code Nightly 0.1.3-nightly.20261023.3566 (Windows x64). The current version looks different, and I have not found a setting to restore the earlier layout.

Request

Please consider adding a user-facing toggle for the previous chat layout, or a compact/legacy chat layout option, so users can choose the presentation they prefer.

+1. The redesign in #28839 through #28845 moves even further from the previous design, with separate rounded panes, notched tabs, and gradient and gloss styling. I posted a request to keep the current flat design and layout as a complete option, with a mock-up: #32130
