@pipelex/sdk on npm

Changed

  • The pipelex-sdk command names ~/.pipelex/.env: its help and its missing-key error say that the key pipelex login saves in ~/.pipelex/.env, or under PIPELEX_HOME when that is set, is not read, and how to load it into the shell, set -a; . "${PIPELEX_HOME:-$HOME/.pipelex}/.env"; set +a, word for word as the Python command says it.

pipelex-sdk on PyPI

Changed

  • Requires mthds 0.20.0, the release that reports MTHDS standard 4.0.0 (Breaking): the exact pin moves from mthds==0.19.0 to mthds==0.20.0, so every environment holding this pipelex-sdk installs exactly that mthds, and a project that also pins mthds itself has to move with it. The release's one behavioural change is MTHDS_STANDARD_VERSION going from 3.0.0 to 4.0.0, which this client never reads, so nothing in pipelex-sdk's own surface changes and PROTOCOL_VERSION stays where it was. Code of your own that checks a manifest's mthds_version with mthds now evaluates it against 4.0.0, where a constraint of ^3.0.0, ~3.0.0 or exactly 3.0.0 no longer passes.
  • The pipelex-sdk command names ~/.pipelex/.env: its help and its missing-key error say that the key pipelex login saves in ~/.pipelex/.env, or under PIPELEX_HOME when that is set, is not read, and how to load it into the shell, set -a; . "${PIPELEX_HOME:-$HOME/.pipelex}/.env"; set +a. The README and docs/architecture.md say the same of the client, and give the other way in when pipelex is installed, importing pipelex.system.environment first.
