• Who made each file use's holder: FileUse, each use in the page getFile answers, gains created_by, the member who started the run or saved the example, so a client tells its own runs among a file's uses without reading any run; it is null on a use recorded before the platform carried it, and getFile reads a use answered without it, by a platform that predates it, or with a member that is not a string, as null too (docs/files.md).
