Version 4.1.0 - Complete API refactoring

Major Changes:
- Completely refactored fetch_data.py to use LibrusClient API
- Removed all references to non-existent client.data API
- Changed from async iterator pattern to list iteration
- Converted object notation to dict access throughout
- Added proper error handling and date parsing
- Fixed all coordinators to properly fetch data

This version should now display all ~30-40 sensors correctly.
