The Cookie skill now sets up regional rules from reviewed templates, and the Pulse skill covers named server processing stages.

  • Regional rule templates. Agents read cookie templates list (coverage on the site, recommendations from 90 days of banner views, template provenance), propose templates in plain language, ask only the questions that change the choice, apply confirmed templates with cookie templates apply, check them with regions resolve and work through each template's requirements before an authorized publication. Templates are starting points, not legal advice; agents never set the customer's responsibility acknowledgement.
  • Regional rule constraints. The Cookie skill documents optOutAction (OK closes the banner and is remembered), firstLayerMode and the one-purpose limit of compact, overlapping priorities, and that every rule enables the purposes of every selected service.
  • Pulse. Named server processing stages with createServerTracingClient in @siteoshq/pulse 0.9.0.
  • CLI reference for @siteoshq/cli 3.5.0. The template commands need the SiteOS application with Cookie 11.21.0, which is deployed.
