v2.4.1

A patch release with three fixes found while checking the published 2.4.0 package. None of them is new in 2.4.0.

Fixes

• The UMD bundle loads from script tags again. It expected tweedle.js as the global Tweedle, but tweedle.js's own UMD build registers tweedle_js, so loading the scripts in order failed with Tweedle is not defined and PIXI.ui stayed undefined. It now uses tweedle_js:

  If you added the window.Tweedle = window.tweedle_js workaround from the 2.4.0 notes, it keeps working and can be removed.
• Type declarations no longer need @types/node. ScrollBox exposed a NodeJS.Timeout field, so browser projects without @types/node and with skipLibCheck off failed to type-check on @pixi/ui's own declarations.
• API docs: Input's internal layers are no longer listed as separate classes; their members are documented on Input.
