7.1.0 – A new RichTextEditor atom, enhanced toolbar, and file restructuring

• Added a RichTextEditor atom, ported from @jbpark/live-editor’s Tiptap‑based editor. It wraps @tiptap/react’s useEditor/EditorContent with StarterKit and extension-placeholder, accepts value/placeholder/className/onChange, commits edited HTML on blur, and syncs external value changes back into the editor.
• Added its own scoped typography for headings, lists, blockquotes, and code blocks, replacing the @tailwindcss/typography classes the source component depended on (see ui‑kit#336).
• Added an optional toolbar (toolbar – true for all presets or an array to pick a subset/order) and toolbarItems for custom buttons ({ key, icon, label?, isActive?, onClick }), each receiving the live Editor instance.
• Added toolbar presets covering all StarterKit registers plus the added TextStyleKit marks: undo, redo, heading (paragraph/H1‑H4 via Select), bold, italic, underline, strike, code, bulletList, orderedList, blockquote, codeBlock, horizontalRule, link (small URL popover), fontSize, and color. No extension beyond @tiptap/extension-text-style’s TextStyleKit (fontFamily/lineHeight/backgroundColor disabled) was needed.
• Added new classNames.toolbar / classNames.content slots to style the toolbar row and editor body independently.
• Fixed the fontSize/color controls that previously called .focus() on every change while their picker was still open, which caused Radix popovers to dismiss immediately. The .focus() call has been removed; commands still apply to the stored ProseMirror selection regardless of DOM focus.
• Restructured rich-text-editor.tsx into a rich-text-editor/ folder (rich-text-editor.tsx, toolbar.tsx, toolbar-button.tsx, toolbar-presets.tsx, content-classes.ts, types.ts, index.ts) to allow the toolbar preset registry to grow.
