v2.0.0-rc - The Backend API

This is a major update that completely re-architects the Password Manager into a powerful and flexible client-server application. The original command-line interface has been replaced with a high-performance RESTful API, setting the stage for future web and mobile clients.

This focuses exclusively on the backend. Future releases will introduce a frontend client to interact with this new API.
This is a release candidate pending final testing.
