Release 4.15.1
First 4.15 release with a published GitHub release. v4.15.0 was tagged and published to npm, Docker Hub and GHCR, but its release workflow was cancelled by the Windows runtime smoke test, so the GitHub release and the OSS mirror never happened. 4.15.1 ships the same changes plus the fix that unwedged it.
-
agent runis now interactive: each step streams live and a running task accepts steering -
agent run /statsreports what a run cost β rounds, tokens and tool calls -
The MCP-over-HTTP endpoint is opt-in (
-Dmcp.http.enabled=true); the REST API is unchanged -
attachrefuses a browser it cannot bind by channel name instead of attaching to the wrong one -
CLI builds from source pick a JDK 25+ automatically
-
kill-allnow stops a registered backend whose argfile the launcher already deleted: the registry port is authoritative for a still-running pid, and the sweep ports are snapshotted before the registry rewrite. That is what made the Windows release smoke unrecoverable β the first cold-runner navigation exceeded the 120s client timeout, and every retry reconnected to the wedged backend instead of starting a fresh one. -
The release workflow keeps the runtime smoke test's server logs when the job is cancelled, and a cancelled release is now reported rather than silently skipped.
