Swaparr removing completed downloads because it thinks it's "stalled"

So there are times when you have to manually import a completed download because Radarr or Sonarr can't make a determination whether to import it or not. For example, when the year or the name is different from the release (common for foreign films). Or there are two shows or movies with the same name, they just sit in "Activity" until you manually look into it.

So they will sit at 100% and Swaparr thinks they are stalled. I can see why some users would want those to be removed, while others like me would want Swapparr to leave them alone. So perhaps a toggle setting?
