Interactive extension not updating provided dll in the nuget package

Initially i wanted to extend the interactive formatter to include chart description.

While doing that, i discovered a bug introduced by the new build chain. The referenced DLL for the interactive package was not updated on build because the location is not the top level bin folder anymore.
