This PR includes changes that will allow for compatibility between Dash and Dash Bio, as the former has upgraded to React 16.
Dash 1.0.0 (and the other Dash core libraries) includes an upgrade to React 16.6.1 (plotly/dash#469), which will be reflected in dash-bio when
