Port remaining 3d py docs from v3 to v4

The v3 docs here https://plot.ly/python/v3/3d-charts/ are way more complete than the v4 docs here https://plot.ly/python/3d-charts/ ... would be good for at least every 3d trace type to have one v4 URL, so cone, streamtube, mesh etc.

Thanks for doing the quiver one... could you please do the streamlines doc when you do streamtubes, just so we can close out #1183 ?
