store from useControls throws "object is not iterable"

I am trying to do the exact same thing in this codesandbox. In codesandbox, it is working completely fine but in my local machine the same code doesn't work and throws me "object is not iterable" error for the line where const [store, materialProps] = useControls(selected, {...}).

I tried and looked everywhere to find a solution but failed. I really appreciate any help.

Never mind. It appears that I was being extremely stupid lol. I didn't see the file named Multileva and spent hours trying to figure out why it doesn't work as expected... 🤦🏻‍♂️
