Convert Classic Publishing Pages to SharePoint online Modern Page - 'Export-PnPPageMapping' throws error as HTML code.

Hi,

I am trying to convert On-Premise (SharePoint 2013) Classic Publishing pages to SharePoint online (Modern) pages. I am trying to follow the example given in below article:
Transform Classic Publishing Pages to Modern Pages using PnP

I am trying to generate "Custom Page Layout" mapping file using below shows commands:

and I am getting this error:

Environment Details:
I am using PnP.PowerShell 1.12 version to execute PowerShell script.
PowerShell version 5.2 (PowerShell ISE)

Any help will be highly appreciated. Please let me know if I am making any mistake while trying to generate the Page layouts mapping file.
