Add-PnPFileSensitivityLabel appears to be not working as expected.

Expected behavior

After the command is executed successfully, the sensitivity label will be assigned to the SharePoint file and should be visible in the user interface.

Actual behavior

Add-PnPFileSensitivityLabel appears to have run successfully, but the sensitivity label was not applied to the SharePoint file as expected.

Steps to reproduce behavior

Add-PnPFileSensitivityLabel -Identity "" -SensitivityLabelId "" -AssignmentMethod Privileged

What is the version of the Cmdlet module you are running?

3.1.166 nightly PnP.PowerShell

Which operating system/environment are you running PnP PowerShell on?

Add-PnPFileSensitivityLabel -Identity "" -SensitivityLabelId "" -AssignmentMethod Privileged

Identity -> ServerRelativeURL of the file
SensitivityLabelId -> GUID of the label

Hey, this usually takes a few minutes to be applied to the file. It is not immediately visible , maybe check after 2-5 mins.

Can you check if you are able to assign sensitivity label directly on UI? I did see this behaviour lately, that for few documents the sensitivity labels are not applied either via UI or using commandlet.
