The thq console's MCP Connections overlay relays
/api/v1/console/agents/{agent}/mcp/status → /xagent/{agent}/api/v1/mcp/status
— which did not exist, so the overlay 404'd into a misleading
'No MCP credentials' message (the old torpi console served this same view
in-process; the split topology needs the impersonated route).

NEW: /xagent/{agent}/api/v1/mcp/status — the SAME mcp_status_handler the
trustee web serves at /auth/mcp/status, resolved in the agent's dispatch
scope (per-credential connected/warn/fail dots). No logic changes to the
handler; pub(crate) visibility + route + wrapper only.

GATES (observed): workspace 'test result: ok. 134 passed; 0 failed' (api),
13/13 result lines ok; release warning delta 0 (3 baseline).

DEPLOY: crates.io trustee-api 0.19.8 + trustee 0.19.8, then runtime flip.
Pairs with thq 0.6.2 (console error-envelope rendering).
