Set the weight for hair types to 1/8 stone in :hair:itemdesc.cfg.

Removed two unknown ObjTypes from /config/mrcspawn.cfg. Fixed :timedScripts:subScripts/magery/incognito.src and :timedScripts:subScripts/magery/endIncognito. The incognito spell has not worked for quite a while. I finally felt like fixing it.
