Enhancements
• Configurable WP-CLI command for wp-env 11+ (#31 (#31))
• New wpCliCommand option on getPlaywrightConfig() and WP_ENV_CLI_COMMAND env var to set the base wp-env run
… command used by WP-CLI helpers (createTranslator, etc.).
• Default remains npx wp-env run tests-cli; override when using wp-env 11+ with a separate test config (e.g.
npx wp-env --config=.wp-env.test.json run cli).
• New exports: getWpCliCommand(), setWpCliCommand(), and runWpCli(); user management helpers now go through
shared runWpCli().
• Documented in the README.
