v2.1.0 — 80 developer skills, rewritten and installable

Part of the skillary v2.1.0 release. Full notes there.

Every description in this repo was rewritten to fit inside the ~250-character limit Claude actually reads when deciding whether to load a skill, with the trigger clause inside it. The verification checklists now match this domain instead of asking whether the code compiles.
