Describe the problem:
Scroll Bars - when clicked - use the standard Adwaita color rather than the Pop!_OS aqua color.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the Settings, the Pop!_Shop or any other GTK application.
  2. Click on the Scroll Bar.

Distribution:
Pop!_OS 22.04

Pop version:
22.04 with latest updates.

fix(colors): fix incorrect active scrollbar bg color
a0cfdbc 
The color was coming from Adwaita, instead of from Pop. This updates it to grab
the correct color blue instead.

Fixes #590
