Create Documentation: create new Feature page for Visualizations i.e. Plots

Given that we now have a features page for highlighting our key features for someone looking to download, we are missing a feature landing page for Generate rapid visualizations (i.e. highlighting the plots pane).

AC:

1. Create 1 feature landing page to provide a high level overview of the plots pane. The purpose of this page is to marketing the key functionality and not to provide too much detail on debugging. We have some information on the plots pane in this guide but it does not highlight what problems this solves for the user https://positron.posit.co/layout.html

2. Include in these page relevant videos/images. Here are sample videos that can be used
