[Bug]: Add new record does not clear on reload/zone change after error

Describe the problem

Hiya,

once you get an error in the "Add new record" section, it stays there, even after changing the Zone. Also a clear form button would be nice, but this is a feature request not bug.

Steps to reproduce

• create zone example.com and newzone.com
• select example.com
• add record "test A 1.1.1.1" and hit Add record
• add another record, same content: "test A 1.1.1.1" to same Zone, hit Add record and get error " A record with this hostname, type, and content already exists. "
• change zone to newzone.com
• same error still there, fields pre-filled with "test A 1.1.1.1"

Just found that a manual deletion of the fields results in an "Invalid IPv4 address format." and red border for the Content Field. Again this stays over a page reload and a zone change.

@SirGrady Thanks, that's a good one. This always happens when I start using sessions for keeping form data. Perhaps there might be more issues when working with multiple tabs... By the way, the initial issue should be fixed now. Not sure about the clear button feature since there's already limited space.
