  • Rename Vietnam region code from vi to vn to follow ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 (VI is US Virgin Islands, VN is Vietnam) for definitions issue-177
  • Require all region_names to match the ISO 3166 standard with no exceptions (removed the internal escape hatch that previously allowed the non-standard vi code)
