Hello I have a problem when I turn on an osu!Lazer so I have a black screen what to do.

I have that problem sometimes, too. Simply force closing and reopening the programme solves it, though.
If that doesn't work, try reinstalling.

Currently, there're still some issue with minimizing.
Black screen seems to occur if the window is started without focus.

restarting and shutting down does not work or reinstallation

That's also happends to me. When i minimized the window and open it again it becomes black but the sound is working OK
