AgentDoctor 3.0.2 fixes current-directory project discovery for agentdoctor start.

When classic project markers are absent, start now uses the existing deterministic project detection engine as a safe fallback, aligning discovery behavior with dna.

Also includes clearer discovery UX and regression coverage.

Existing ownership, containment, nested-repository, symlink, HOME, and multi-project protections remain enforced.

Fixed

  • agentdoctor start no longer reports (none found) for valid software trees without classic manifests
  • Discovery fallback reuses detectProject (same engine as dna)
  • Reject empty/unknown-only trees; do not silently absorb multi-project parents with 2+ child marker projects
  • Clearer ✓ Project detected UX
