Update dependencies + tooling #42

Update all dependencies
Fix some files formatted with spaces, others with tabs
Add lint + prepublishOnly scripts
Switch to web-test-runner which is much much nicer to debug tests with than karma (proper console.logs!!!)
Fix invalid peerDependency version value
