* fix(prisma-cloud): build ORM clients from a contract value and pass the invocation to control-client applies

ORM 8.0.0-rc.19 clients take a contract value instead of contractJson, and the
control client's dbInit and migrate take an invocation and fail with a
CliStructuredError.
