* fix(cli): a piped prisma deploy keeps Alchemy's output off stdout

In human format the engine hands a piped run's stdout to the converge child, so Alchemy's progress landed among the data lines. The child now starts with a Node --import that sends its stdout to stderr when stdout is not a terminal, and captureEngineFailure does the same for a child that Alchemy moved to Bun.

* docs(cli): one reference for Composer's data lines, and tests for the cases it names

The running-locally guide gains a Piped output section: the shared rules, the stability promise, each command's fields and why emulator list prints an absolute directory. The deploy guide names the entity kinds and the two deploys that print no lines. ADR-0053 and local-dev.md match. The command-stdout test also reads emulator list and records that no command uses noDataLines; dev url's escaping and deploy's empty cases have tests.

* docs(auth): the steps an app with auth takes to upgrade to Composer 0.34.0

The auth pack's storage hash changes with ORM rc.20. The README now says how to run the ORM's type-alias script on the app's copy of the auth migrations, re-emit, sign every database and where to find each URL, and what prisma migration status shows afterwards. The steps were run on examples/auth against a local database migrated by Composer 0.33.0.
