Breaking: the storage resources move to the Knowledge Bases API, as the Prisme.ai platform retires the /v1/vector_stores and /v1/files storage routes they used. The README has a "Migrating from 0.2" section with the method mapping.

• client.storage.vectorStores is replaced by client.storage.knowledgeBases, with documents, access and webSources. Existing vector store ids (vs_...) are valid knowledge base ids.
• client.storage.files uses the storage workspace's files API: upload a file, then attach it with knowledgeBases.documents.add(kbId, { native_file_id }). An upload from a path keeps the file's name; a Blob keeps its own type or takes contentType.
• files.delete deletes a file the caller uploaded and no document uses (409 while one does). files.list is removed.
• Storage calls act on behalf of a user and need a bearerToken.
• Deletes return the server's body: a document or file delete says whether the uploaded file went with it (file_purged, purge_reason); a knowledge base delete runs in the background.
• access.list, webSources.list and documents.chunks take page and limit; documents.list takes metadata.* filters; documents.sourceUrl resolves a link to a document's source.
• Fix: require() resolves to the built CommonJS bundle.
• Fix: the paginator no longer overwrites a caller's page and limit, and keeps paging past a server-capped limit while the response reports more.
